In this interview from PodTech.net, Matt Kelly talks to Rich Lannen, Advanced Program Engineering Manager for the Chevrolet Volt, at the Chicago Auto Show. Rich defines what an E-Flex vehicle is, what makes the Volt a practical driving choice, and how General Motors is committed to bringing this concept to the market place. As Matt said on PodTech:

Once again too little too late.By the time american manufacturers get with the electric car everyone will already own a foreign version.
If a start up company like Tesla motors can do it what is your problem? Get your heads screwed on and get into this now!! The public is crying for this type car. You will sell as many as you can build if you dont make it a low end machine and include amenities .
